Study on Recovering Lignin by Ultrafiltration from the Black Liquor of Auto-catalyzed Ethanol Pulping of Aspen

摘要：

Recovering lignin by ultrafiltration from black liquor of auto-catalyzed ethanol pulping of aspen was discussed in this paper.The effect of membrane molecular weight cut off,temperature,ethanol content,pressure and stirring rate in the process of ultrafiltration was analyzed.The results showed that the optimal conditions in the process of pretreated distillation of the black liquor were temperature of 90-93℃ and concentrated volume ratio of 0.5.Increasing the membrane molecular weight cut off,temperature,pressure,stirring rate,or reducing the ethanol content of black liquor could increase the membrane flux markedly.But the effect of these factors on the rate of lignin cut off was small except for the temperature.
