Two-beam Scanning Method Based on Injection-Locking Technique

摘要：

This paper studies Two-beam scanning system of nonlinear active array based on injection-locking technique,which has the merits of miniaturization,low cost,high integration. Firstly,the article reviews the theory of injection-locked phase,then analyzes basic method of two-beam scanning,computer simulations are used to verify the realization. At last ,four channels injection-locking oscillators is designed and the validity of two-beam scanning system is also validated by the measurement of radiation pattern.
