ADI-PSTD Method Applied to the Millimeter Wave Integrated Horn Array
An integrated horn antenna array is investigated in this paper. The construction of the array is mounted on the wafer substrate where quasi-optically fed mixer integrated with annular slots. High gain and wide-band have been obtained. A modified alternating*direction implicit (ADI) pseudo-spectral time-domain (PSTD) approach was applied for analyzing the fabrication and a hybrid matrix manipulation technique for efficient antenna array modeling. Numerical simulations have verified the design at its distributed stages presenting very good agreement with the experimental data.
