A High Speed Pulse Detector at W-Band
A high speed pulse detector at W-band is analyzed and designed based on hybrid integrated technology. The beam lead detector diode HSCH-9161 is adopted. The tested results show that the rising time of the output pulse within 92~98GHz is less than 2~3ns after the modulator and detector when the inputmodulating pulse signal rise time is 700ps. Due to its fast response speed,this detector can be applied in a variety of W-band pulse detecting systems.
