Numarical Simulation Research for Flow Around Hydrofoil Modified by Lorentz Force

The electromagnetic bodv forces(Lorentz Force,i.e.LF),which created by the electromagnetic field localized around the surface of hydrofoil and blunt body,has the characteristics of multiple scales for timing and spacing,and may change the configuration of the boundary layer of flow.By means of the electromagnetic body forces,there have been existed a lot of effectiveness of controlling the flow field structure around the hydrofoil,restricting the boundary layer separation and shedding,suppressing the vortex and reducing the drag force,and improving the distribution of lift forces,and so on.The velocity and the momentum of the unit of the boundary layer may be modified direclcly by the electromagnetic body forces.By the method of numerical simulation,the details of flow field structures around fixed attack angle hydrofoil and pitching movement(oscillatory move)hydrofiol have been disscussed,and the fluid dynamic perfolrmance varies(lift and drag force)have been studied also.
