Experimental Research on the Radiation Coupling Between ESD and Electronic System

摘要：

With an ESD immunity test platform defined by IEC61000-4-2 and in the contact discharge，the peaks of voltage and current，which induced in an electronic system，were measured at the different discharge voltages.Through the data we found these relationships between the electrostatic discharge voltage and the peaks of coupling voltage and current，the rule is：Both the peak of coupling voltage(Up)and the peak of coupling current(Ip)are linear to the discharge voltage(Uesd)in a certain range，that is：Up=a1 Uesd+b1；Ip=a2Uesd+b2.
