SIMULATION RESEARCH ON SHIELDING EFFECTIVENESS OF SMALL ENCLOSURE WITH DIFFERENT SAMPLING METHODS

Because of its limit of space and the complicated electromagnetic environment,the standard test method which available to the large dimension enclosures(minimum dimension greater than 2m)will not suitable for the small dimension enclosures(dimension between 0.1m~2m).The paper tried to construct a model which is a rectangle enclosure with aperture,simulated and calculated the shielding effectiveness of the enclosure through different sampling methods.By comparing the average shielding effectiveness of different lines,planes and cubic space inside the enclosure,analysis and predict the characteristics of electromagnetic field distribution of the sinall dimension enclosures with aperture.Furthermore,propound a feasible method for the test of shielding effectiveness on small dimension enclosures.
