A SIMULATOR FOR ELECTORSTATIC DISCHARGE RADIATION FIELD

摘要：

In the IEC61000-4-2 standard the EUT ESD radiated field immunity is executed by horizontal and vertical coupling plane during indirect discharge process，the radiated field is uncertainty and easily distorted by the shape and size of the EUT.In this paper,a new method and instrument is introduced according the characteristics of the radiated field of the ESD EM P.The test result shows that the instrument can produce a radiation field of the ESD EMP, and that the radiated field is not influenced by the EUT,applicable for all the size of the EUT.The ESD EMP produced by this method supply an electromagnetic environment to quantitatively measure the immunity of the EUT to ESD radiated electromagnetic field.
