THE CALIBRATION SYSTEM FOR ESD SIMULATOR BASED ON LABVIEW

摘要：

An electrostatic discharge(ESD) simulator calibration system which can measure ESD current waveform is developed.The system is made of new“Pommerenke targetand high performance oscilloscope. LabVIEW is the most popular developing flat of virtual instruments.In this paper the whole process and the requirement to hardware and software are introduced.Based on USB/GPIB interface adaptor and oscilloscope instrument driver,remote control of Tektronix oscilloscope is completed.The experiments prove that the calibration system can complete ESD current waveform real time acquisition and data collection.The testing data are transferred to computer and stored.The solution highly enhances test efficiency,precision and automation of the whole system.
