RESEARCH ON THE RADIATION FIELD OF INDIRECT ESD BASED ON THE ESD IMMUNITY TEST PLATFORM

摘要：

The experiment of ESD immunity test is an important part of EMC test。Its used to evaluate electromagnetic sensitivity of electronic devices or equipments.Based on the ESD immunity test platform，firstly，the distribution of Electric field radiation field on the HCP induced by indirect ESD(using HBM)is obtained by numerical modeling and FDTD analysis.Then，in order to verify the effectiveness of the simulation，a set of experiments will be carrying out.In the end，the FDTD simulations are compared with the measurement results，and find both have preferably coherence.
