THE TESTING METHOD RESEARCH OF THE RESTRAlNING CHARACTERISTIC OF THE ESD SUPPRESSOR OF POLYMER
This paper has analyzed the characteristic of the ESD and the ESD Suppressor of Polymer.According to the standard of IEC 61000-4-2 and GJB 911-90，with the help of the ESD simulator and the testing equipment of the discharging current，some model of the ESD suppressor of polymer of the restraining characteristic has been tested.It foliows that the discharging current which comes through the suppressor cant distort when uses the method which has been prescribed in the standard of IEC 61000-4-2.But the measurement of the voltage of the suppressor must use the oscillograph and the broad bandwidth voltage detector.The influence of the radiant field of the ESD also should be eliminated at the same time.
