THE RESEARCH oF SPECTRUM CHARACTERISTICS FOR ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE

摘要：

This paper researched the spectrum distributing characteristics of optical pulse signal of spark discharge which may be an igniting source or damage to electro-elements by using optical measured mean；and researched the relations between optic intensity and discharge energy，gained the spectrum distribution rules of spark discharge.
