The aim of this article is to analyze the static hazards in the polypropylene powder conveying system through simulative test and field measurement and gwes corresponding protective measures，which mainly includes：the static electrification features of the polypropylene powder conveying system，analysis of the static hazards in material packing and static protection measures.
