THE SUGAR PRODUCING METHOD WITH CROP STALK UNDER THE ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY CONDITION BY THE MICRO-DISEMBOGUEMENT DISCHARGE AND THE STUDY OF ITS PLASMA MECHANISM

摘要：

A new method of sugar producing method with renewable resource straw under the green-friendly conditions by micro-injection discharge.Solid corn stalk powder in the microdisemboguement discharge device，in the role of plasma N2，and even without any preprocessing course or additives，the corn straw powder can be transformed to sugar by one step，without any oxidation and combustion.The method is brief,celerity and no pollution.The reaction mechanism is discussed and analyzed in this paper.The strong acid catalyst layer produced in the discharging process is clean，friendly to the environment and with high efficiency.And the environmental-friendly chemistry means of acid catalysis presented here can be applied directly in the plasma chemical reaction of the solid substances.
