RESEARCH ON MODIFICATION ON CONDUCTIVITY OF CB/COAL CONVEYER BELT
In this paper,the influence on the electrical properties of composite is studied by analyzed proportion,mix,process and techniques of composite.The relationship of conductive polymers chain of carbon black particles with structural changes and the relationship of migration with thermal expansion is analyzed.Research the relation between conductance chain and variety of structure CB particles high polymer,between movement and thermal expansion.The effect of the dispersion,distribution and external conditions change of the carbon black Particles in the polymer body on the quantum tunnel effect and PTC effect of nano particles is discussed.The CB/polymer Tribologicai theoretical model is proposed.These all provide a basis for the preparation of high-performance PPC materials.
