Design and Implementation of Information Service System Based on Roaming Short Message

摘要：

The principle and realizing method of an information services system based on roaming Short Message was introduced. According to real-time sampled and synthesized NO.7 signal message records-calling detail records (MSISDN, IMSI, HLR and VLR data), the system was designed to analyze the source, current location and roaming type of the mobile subscriber (MS), and then send short messages to the MS in roaming state. The service logic and system decision mechanism for the system were presented, the signal processing flow chat and database design were described. At last, application situations were given.
