A new test rule of local mean of a mobile radio signal
The pivotal parameters, which include statistical interval, sampling interval and sampling points, of the local mean of a mobile radio signal is described. A new test rule of estimate of local mean of a mobile radio signal is deduced by considering the correlation between different sampling points, the mutual influence between statistical interval and sampling interval, based on the mean estimate sampling algorithm composed by W.C.Y Lee.
