An Effective BSE-ST Method for Radar Target Detection in Inhomogeneous Clutter/Interference Environments
This paper proposed a novel BSE-ST processing framework for improving the detection performance of radar array in inhomogeneous clutter/interference environments.We suggested BSE algorithm based linear prediction and the localized GLR algorithm for this framework.The results showed that the detection probability is close to 1 when the normalized Doppler frequency is more than ±0.1Hz under SINR ≥ -10dB.The detection performance of the proposed method is close to that of the joint-domain optimal processing in homogeneous clutter/interference environments at this SINR.The feasibility and the effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
