Equivalent channel-based receive antenna selection for GLST systems

For group layered space-time (GLST) systems with group successive interference cancellation detection (GSIC),we presented a receive antenna selection based on QR decomposition (QRD) of equivalent channel and suboptimal sorting.Subchannel matrices are sorted by Frobenius norm instead of Moore-Penrose pseudoinverse,so that computational complexity is reduced.Moreover,an incremental algorithm based on equivalent channel is presented.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithms can achieve nearoptimal outage capacity,and the performance of Frobenius norm-based algorithm is close to that of pseudo-inverse-based algorithm.There is a slight performance gap between presented methods,but the incremental algorithm with lower complexity.
