INTRODUCTIONStudies on the interaction between drugs and proteins are important for understanding of the absorption,transport and receptor binding of drugs at the molecular level.Human serum albumins(HAS) are often chosen as an object of study because they are fluorescent due to tryptophan residues,and they easilyaccept drug molecules as donors.
