Change and ecological use mode of surface subsidence in Jinggezhuang mining area in China

The ecological development in mining areas could effectively reduce and prevent the environmental issues caused by mining to promote the sustainable use of resources. Taking Jinggezhuang mining area as an example and based on the subsidence data for 30 years, the paper analyzes the dynamic change characteristics of surface subsidence in Jinggezhuang mining area from two-dimensional plane and threedimensional space by GIS,and discusses the impact of mining activity to surface subsidence. And then, according to the land use characteristics and the distribution of ecological elements, this paper designs the integrated ecological restoration system of subsided land from mining control, ecological treatment and use planning and puts forward four ecological use modes of subside land in Jinggezhuang mining area:ecological agriculture construction mode, ecological tour construction mode, water system network construction mode and coal gangue (pile) use mode in order to safeguard the regional ecological safety and to promote the sustainable development in mining area.
