Method of optimization of timely plans of mining operations at opencasts
System of timely planning of mining operations at opencasts when mining of useful mineral materials may be classified as complex hierarchical dynamic system. Its includes the main system of annual planning of mining operations development-a set of methods and mathematical models,on the basis of which designs of mining operations are worked out,and also quarter-monthly and week-daily plans are formed.In the paper on the basis of a specific example problem of optimization of week-daily plans,mathematical models and algorithms are presented,which allow solving such problems as choice of optimal plans of ore shipment from opencast faces and re-loading storehouses of opencasts and preparation plants; choice places of re-loading storehouse location in working zones of opencasts; optimization of ore and overburden transportation from opencasts faces to re-loading storehouses by opencasts motor transport and so on. These mathematical model and software were tested in conditions of a number of large operating opencasts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The tests showed high level of reliability and degree of details when worked-out mathematical models using.
