The Research and Practice of Clean Production in Gold Mine Enterprise
The operation of gold mine enterprise is a complex systems engineering,the production flows,such as the large number of gold mining and washing and smelting mineral production,will bring a series of environmental and ecological problems,this article will applies the clean production theory in the production of gold mineral,seeks to fundamentally prevent and efforts to reduce or lower the influence of the production process of gold mineral improves the quality of the environment,solves environmental problems of chinas gold mine,achieves the sustainable development of gold mining. To achieve the objectives of benefiting the nation and the people and bringing benefit to future generations,thus has realized the unification between economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits of enterprises.As gold mining industry did not have the explicit industry standard and implementation plan of clean production,this article in view of the special nature of the gold resources as well as the characteristics of the gold mine enterprises in mining and washing production,on the basis of the systematical analysis and research on the influence caused by the production of gold mine enterprises on the environment around the gold mine as well as the resources utilized situation,uses the theory and method of the clean production,systematically elaborates the method and the way of the clean production implemented in the gold mine enterprises.Using the material balance theory,takes the entire gold mine enterprise as a system,from the raw mineral reserve-production,gold mineral washing,the output and use of rubble,the use of symbiotic mineral,the use of water resource,the use of materials,energy consumption and so on,analyzes the logistics of materials input and output in gold mine enterprises,establishes the analysis model of material balance.Then it provides the decision-making support to diagnosing the main pollution source of gold mine enterprises and inquiring the malpractices of the present production process of gold mine enterprises.
