Choice of rational cyclic-flow technology for copper ores of Aktogay deposit mining
World experience of deposits of solid useful minerals mining by open method showed that for carrying out of mining-and-transport and dump operations when deep opencasts mining the most effective technologies are cyclic-flow technologies. When their using for ore mining and stripping operations complexes are used,including different mining-and-loading machines (excavators,loaders and so on) of cyclic operation and also sets of machines and units for stripping systems with transport of overburden of continuous operating.And continuous flows of rock mass are formed from points of loading up to points of dumping when their using. Connecting element between machines of cyclic and continuous operation is crushing module of coarse crush,as a rule. In the paper results are presented of choice of optimal technology for copper ores of Aktogay deposit mining on the basis of method,which was worked-out by the authors.
