Automated system for timely control of ores mining
When mining and processing ofpoly-metallic ores increasing of concentrates quality may be achieved by using rational coordination between mining and processing operations with due account of technological preparation characteristics of different types of ores. This coordination is carried out on the basis of scheduling week-daily (decade-daily) timetables of ore mining and shipment to a preparation plant. In the paper mathematical model of problem of operational scheduling is offered. It allows rationally coordination of ore flows from different opencasts faces,their accumulation on intermediate storehouses with consequent shipment them to a preparation plant under the rational time-schedule. This mathematical model was tested at Sokolovskiy opencast of the largest Kazakhstans mining enterprise-SSGPO JSC.The tests allowed increasing a concentrate yield,which is obtained from ore of this opencast.
