Design for Petroleum Production Performance in Arctic Locations Considering Maintenance and Support Services

摘要：

In Norway the oil and gas industry is moving north towards the Barents Sea,north of the Arctic Circle in the Arctic. However,little data and experience exist regarding the challenges the operators will face with respect to Arctic conditions and locations. In this paper we will discuss some of the challenges that will be encountered as regards offshore petroleum production facility operation and maintenance,as well as in the provision of support services.
