Fault diagnosis system of virtual compressor based on probabilistic neural network

摘要：

A new kind of vibration signal acquisition device for compressor Fault diagnosis based on LabVIEW and MATLAB was developed,and its structure of vibration measuring system was established,and the modules of signal acquisition such as acquisition,display,communication were analyzed. Vibration signals from a reciprocating air compressor were acquired,analyzed and diagnosed,which realized high accuracy signal acquisition,and it is applied in acquisition for vibration sig-nal.
