A Study on the Critical Technology during the Cleaner Production Process of Diosgenin

After examining the diosgenin production technology using the Audition Regulation for Cleaner Production,it is discovered that the acidolysis process during the production of diosgenin will bring over 99% of the total wastewater,thus the disposal of the wastewater becomes crucial in the whole production process and thus is the criterion for a successful production technology.The technique of first separating the certain components of Dioscorea zingiberensis and then pretreating it using compound enzymes during an enzymolysis process and last an acidolysis of dioscorea will effectively reclaim 60% of the cellulose and 30% of the starch and also the use of hydrochloric acid will be reduced by 83.3%,what is more the COD of the wastewater and the sediment will only be 20% and 10% of the old technology respectively,thus the Cleaner production of diosgenin is realized.
