The Research on Recycling Thermal Energy in Flue Gas of Sintering Machine
The gas in dedusting system at the tail of sintering machine in the workshop of steel factory is of high temperature,high concentration,low humidity,high dust reclamation,and high recycling value.In spheroid making workshop,owing to the high moisture content in material,it produces lots of the remaining wet in craft process.When the indoor temperature lowers,it will engender dew,and this affects the craft production and personal operations greatly.According to the above-mentioned circumstance,the flue gas processing,and warm-air heating along with ventilation in pelletizing workshop are combined to use the thermal energy fully,reduce the once investment,and reduce the cost of running greatly.
