Model and Application of River Basin Ecological Compensation

摘要：

Model for river basin ecological compensation calculation was selected.After counting the direct and indirect investment on the environmental conservation as the totalinvestment,the factors like method of cost counting,two coefficients,water coefficient for water quantity proportion and water quality coefticient for the modification of water quality standard and the ecological compensation volume were used for model.The model was applied in Pi-Shi-Hang irrigation district.The results showed that itl could estimate the reasonable ecological compensation with its changes between 2003 and 2006.
