Assessment of Soil Heavy Metal Pollutions Based on Index Method

摘要：

The index method was adopted to evaluated the soil heavy metal pollution of Chaotian district.The Clustering Method was used to analyze the correlation of the soil heavy metals and speculate the source of pollution.According to the single contaminant lndexes,every heavy metal average indexes in the soil were less than 1.0,but Cd,Cr,Cu excess the allowed figure slightly.According to the comprehensive contamination index,only 1 of the 13 soil samples with indexes more thall 1.0 was belonging to slight pollution.the others with indexes less than 1.0.
