Bioconversion from Sweet Potato Scum to L-lactic Acid by Rhizopus oryzae
Bioconversions from Sweet Potato Scum to L-lactic Acid by Rhizopus oryzae were studied.55.26% sugar was detected in the dry sweet potato scum.At the optimized conditions,the lactic acid production of 38.49(±0.51)%(w/w)were obtained and 6.72g glucose was left after cultured 80h.The conversion rate of lactic acid was 70%;the utilized rate of glucose was 87.84%
