Necessity and Discussion of Ways in Environmental Education for All People
Because of the bad status in quo of the environment and problems,as well as the environmental qualities of the people are low,it is very essential to carry out the environmental education for all people in order to found an environment-friendly society in China.It needs carrying out broad investigations and discussions on environmental education,including objectives and contents,scope and level,ways and means.In order to make the target come true,the entire society should carry out the environmental education,such as in all various and levels of schools,all kinds of factories,each community and all government bodies.At the same time,necessary works should be developed and scientific issues to be solved in realizing environmental education for all people.These works include as follow：(1)to make extensive propaganda by the network,TV,broadcast,newspaper,etc;(2)to strengthen policy study,especially the system of reward;(3)to carry out the scientific planning,both in contents,goals,methods,steps and in street,community,city,province,even the whole country, that is a planning from top to bottom;(4) to support development of relevant industry and carry out the study of practicable environmental technologies,for example.disused banerys reclaiming,handling and reusing.With the result that it makes environmental education put into effect feasibly.effectively,and improves the whole peoples environmental qualities,and do a good contribution to the sustainable development for our country.
