Study on Fouling of Oily Wastewater Treatment by Varies Materials Ceramic Membrane

Pollution of wastewater bv oil is especially harmful to aquatic life.The process was investigated that oily wastewater was treated by using different of materials ceramic micro-filtration membranes.The results indicated that the permeate flux of ZrO2 membrane was the highest.The amido-sulfnic acid as cleaning agents proved to be effective on treatment wastewater by ceramic membranes.The flux recovery of TiO2,ZrO2,and Al2O3 were 91%,89%and 95%,respectively. Over an annum test,the steady permeate flux of ZrO2 membrane was about 1801 m-2 h-1,frequency was 3 days.The performance of ZrO2 membrane was preceded on resistance fouling and long lifetime compared to polysufones membranes.
