Lipase Catalyzing Fattyacid Methylester in Non-aqueous Phase
The reaction factors like the weight of lipase,the mole ratio of methanol to fatry acid,the injecting volume of methanol, reaction temperature and types of organic solvent etc effecting on production of biodiesel were studied.The technological conditions carried on the lipase catalytic reaction system in the non-aqueous phase to produce the biological diesel were determined.The optimal condition was as follow:reaction temperature at 40℃;n-hexane as organic solvent;the mole ratio of fattv acid and a methanol 1:1.6;methanol added for eight times;the optimal content of enzyme for 5200IU/10g(oil).After 8 hours under the optimal condition,the conversion can reach 96%.The main compositions of biodiesel were examined bv GC calibrated with methyl stearate and methyl palmitate.
