Study on the Preparation and Stability of Ethanol-diesel Fuel Microemulsification

摘要：

The ethano1-diesel fuel microemulsification was mixed by ethanol-diesel(the weight fraction of ethanol Was 16％) and emulsifier(3.3％by weight)by physical,which is compounded with non-ionic surfactant 1202 and cationic emulsifier 31.381.In order to analyze the influence of the amount of ethanol and emulsifier from testing viscosity and the tension of the interface of the ethanol-diesel fuel microemulsification,we established a thermodynamic analysis model.According to the result：The ethanol-diesel fuel microemulsification could be kept at steady condition over one year at room temperature;The particles were small and distributed homogeneous,which got from transmission electron microscopy; The entropy would increase when reduced the mount of ethanol or increased the mount of emulsifier,and then the stability of the ethanol-diesel fuel microemulsification would be increased.
