Preparation of Basic Copper Carbonate from Waste Alkaline Etching
The new method is that producing basic copper carbonate from waste etching solution containing copper.In the Process of leaching copper,the molar ratio of NH3 to CuO is 3:1,the molar ratio of NH4HCO2 to CuO is 1.25:1.and the reaction time is 2 hours without heating.In the Process of distilling ammonia.the reaction time is 2.5 hours under a vacuum degree of 0.06 MPa and reaction temperature 80℃~95℃.The mass fraction ofcopper in the product is 56%. The product quality excels that of this kind of the export standard.
