Application Prospect of Fluent in the Study of Cross Flow Swirl High Efficiency Solid-liquid Separate Technology
The cross flow swirl high efficiency solid-liquid separate device is a new equipment of a municipal sewage pretreatment. In this paper,the FLUENT CFD simulation software is introduced and the numerical modeling of the cross flow swirl high efficiency solid-liquid separate device is set up and calculated based on the software.And the primarily the prospect of the equipment is analyzed.It shows that the FLUENT could optimize the physical parameter,operation parameter and the structure of cross flow separator by simulating the flow field of separator,accordingly improving the separating efficiency. Moreover,the principal method of parameter optimization is suggested.The conclusions could provide theoretical indication for the experiment of cross flow swirl high efficiency solid-liquid separate device and valuable reference for the further improvement of equipment design.
