An Approach for Delineating Source Water Protection Area

摘要：

The shortage of urball source water protection and the contamination of surface drinking water source have been world-wide problems which received much attension from all communities.This paper summarizes the current methods for delineating source water protection and proposes a new appraoch for delineating source water protectton area based on the principle of harmonic developemnet among economy,society and natural environment.WIth the approach,the delineation of source surface water protection area for a suburban in Shanghai is demonstrated.
