Research of Behavior of Ni,Zn,Co,Cd Release from Mine Sulfidic Wastes Slag
Sulfidic wastes slag is an important aspect of mine security and environmental protection. This paper considers the heavy metals release from sufidic wastes weathering.Samples were taken from Yongan mine in Fujian province and Sitai mine in Shanxi province. Methods of simulation leaching test in lab and mathematic correlation analysis to chemical datum of the real waste slag leachate contents were employed. The results showedthat sulfidic wastes released considerable hazard metals during its weathering process. The concentrations of Co,Ni,Zn,and Cd are strongly correlation with sulfate, which implies that the Co,Ni,Zn,and Cd are controlled by the pyrite oxidation progresses of the sulfidic wastes slag and are migratory elements in sulfidic wastes weathering system.
