Review of Thiobacillus Ferrooxidans in Treatment of Mining Suifidic Wates

摘要：

Redox reaction of sulfur containing waste dump of mine among the ambient air generate acid drainage,which cause harmful elements within the waste dump release into water and soil.Microbial is an important participant in sulfide weathering and material migration process,thus it has become one of the focal points in the reseach of sulfur containing waste handling and using.This paper reviews present research of advantage microbial-Thiobacillus ferrooxidans in sulfide slag weathering process,summaries the research results and applications about this microbe in recent years.
