Pretreatment of High Concentration Perfume Wastewater by Ferric-carbon Micro-electrolysis Combined Fenton Reagent
The effect of micro-electrolysis,Fenton and these two processes combined on perfume wastewater COD removal rate was investigated.The optimal condition for the micro-electrolysis was as follow:the pH 2.5,the dosage of iron powder 7 g·L-1, the quality ratio of iron.carbon 3:1,the reaction time 90 min.For Fenton process,the optimal H2O2/Fe2+(mol ratio)was selected as 10:1 for 1 h reaction at the pH 3,resulting in the COD removal rate above 60%.Combined the two processes, we could obtain a better result and reduce amount of cost.
