Pretreatment of High Concentration Pharmaceutical Wastewater by Iron-carbon Micro-electrolysis
The iron-carbon micro-electrolysis treating the wastewater of interrnediates production of a pharmaceutical chemical plant in Zhejiang province was studied.The orthogonal experiment is conducted to investigate the influence of the factors on the treatment efficiency,including pH,reaction time,iron concentration and iron-carbon ratio(mass ratio).Each single factor is tested.Finally the optimal process condition is determined:the pH=2,the reaction time is 4 h,the iron concentration is 25 g·L-1,iron-carbon ratio is 7:1.
