The Biodegradation Efficiency on Crude Oil in the Seawater by Pseudomonas Sp.Strain SY2

摘要：

A laboratory study was undertaken to assess the optimal conditions for biodegradation of Daqing crude oil in seawater with Pseudomonas sp.strain SY2 isolated from oil contaminated soil samples.The result showed that maximum degradation was achieved at a temperature of 30℃.NaCl concentration 22 g/L,dissolved oxygen 7.06mg/L and pH of 7.3. Pseudomonas sp.strain SY2 can adapt to salt concentration,temperature,pH and dissolved oxygen in the seawater.It call be applied to treat contaminations of crude oil in marine ambience.
