The Simulated Study on Environmental and Ecological Bioremediation for Tailings Impoundment
Acid mine drainage and tailings impoundment will bring serious environmental problems in mining areas.The use of bacteria (mainly sulphate-reducing bacteria)in the tailings conducted environmental and ecological bioremediation is a method worth considering.This study conducted a series of simulated experiments to verify the fcasibility.The results showed that：Straw is a good carbon resource for SRB in environmental and ecological bioremediation;All the different filling ways of swaw and SRB can get a good emciency in sulfate reduce;The COD and H2S in the emuent is high,it is necessary to remove them from the effiuent;The environmental and ecological bioremediation in tailings impoundment is feasible in technology,the sulfate,heavy metals and pH accord with the guide value.
