Research on behaviors of Chinese residents buying housings based on system dynamics

摘要：

This paper analyses the heated phenomenon of Chinese residents buying housings using System Dynamics.Through researching the dissipate structure of residents buying housings to set up the system dynamics mode on the behaviors of residents buying housings And the paper makes activity simulation program to the dynamics model.Then set forth the views of the effect which Chinese government takes the monetary policy of raising interest rates of Savings and investment respectively to restrain the demand of buying housings and the rising house price recently.
