Research on the Share of Human Resource Based on SDN
This paper researches plans and methods of the share of human resource based on SDN,from the characteristics of network,opening-up and dynamic stabilization,which can change drastic market competition into the whole win-win.Professional and scientific system of human management,efficient and expeditious information technology and active system of information feedback are the important premise of the share of human resource based on SDN,According to different cooperation relations in SDN system,it provides corresponding model of human resource share,and make full use of human resource.
