Research on calculation models for navigability of Seafarers behavior

摘要：

There are many relations between the ships safety incident and persons behavior expiration,According to model of ship handling and persons output behavioral model,the essay defines the seaworthiness degree from persons behavior angle and completes an analysis of both behavior reliability and how to certain the behavior failure probability density function,then prevention pattern and renewal pattern of seaworthiness degree are advanced,which can promote behavior seaworthiness degree of ocean-going seamen at the navigation time and definite the time of in-ship and out-ship
