An Application of Multiple Attribute Decision Making Method in the Satisfaction Evaluation of Civil Aviation Service Quality

In this paper,Multiple Attribute Decision Making Methods(MADMM)are used in the study of the satisfaction evaluation of two airports civil aviation service quality in Shanghai.Firstly,we regard subjective weight vector of ideal experts as experts synthesis evaluation,which is obtained by the group eigenvalue method.Then we combine the entropy weight with the experts subjective weight to decide the synthetic weight of evaluation indexes.Finally we get the order of excellence by methods such as Gray Relevancy Coefficient.The result show that the service quality of the two airports are similar and corresponds with the practical situation.And these methods are of fairness,efficiency and generality,which are useful to the study of civil aviation service evaluation both in China and abroad.
