A Tacit Knowledge Transferring Model and the Choice of Transmission Path on the Model

摘要：

Hierarchy is the important characteristic of tacit knowledge transferring,and the transferring on different layers is the most important means about tacit knowledge transferring,of course,other channels can also be used in the transferring on the tacit knowledge.In this paper,the traditional model of tacit knowledge transferring is improved by increasing contact among different levels to improve the efficiency of tacit knowledge transferring.The paper proposes a model including contact among different levels by increasing relational degree,then,the algorithm which can determine the optimal path from one node to some others is improved.
